I wish I could give this building zero star rating. The apartments are very beautiful but the walls are very thin. I feel like I have to be extremely quiet. Also ever since new management has took over everything has gone downhill. There are repairs that need to be done on my home that have not been addressed. And the one's that have a butch job has been done. The super Richard is very unprofessional he does not want to work. I specifically said I do not want him in my apartment without me present and he still entered anyway; now I have to holes in my door that are not even in the middle of the door I wish I could attach the pictures. Worse customer service ever

There should be a 0 Star option... This is a poorly maintained building with ZERO accountability from the owner/landlord. The floorboards throughout the building squeak & creak very badly with no sound insulation and the walls are too thin. With other residents living either above or beside you, you’ll never have any peace & quiet. The dryers in the laundry room rarely work. There’s insufficient lighting in the parkin lot at night. Too much money for no quality. Don’t even bother going to look at this trap house!

First of all, I’ve lived here for 7 months. I am displeased that my apartment has thin walls. I can hear my neighbors talk, walk. The floor creeks I could barely sleep at night. I’ve complained to the landlord she adviced me to contact the non emergency line due to neighbors being so loud. No. It’s the building. It’s old, and I hear everything flood boards creeking, the elevator smells like urine. There is so much to say. I have $975 for a single bedroom.
