Yoga Therapy has been a gamechanger for my healing journey. Thank you for creating a safe space for me to learn yoga and breathing techniques and to share my experiences and revelations. This felt out of my comfort zone at first, but my therapist made sure to explain in depth what we would be doing, why, and how it would benefit. If youre on the fence, give it a try, you definitely wont regret investing in your self-care. Since starting new pathways have been unlocking for me, and Ive felt more in control of my emotions and choices with greater clarity.

Christine Saari is a wonderful yoga teacher and I was excited to work with her in her yoga therapy practice. She takes the time to really listen and understand what is going on and built a practice to specifically address my autoimmune condition. Our sessions in person were restorative and enjoyable. I have a lot of tools to use on my own, but also look forward to working with Christine in the future as my needs change.
