Alcove Motel

My group and I had a wonderful stay here this weekend. The rooms are very basic, but the staff was the highlight - they were sweet, helpful, and VERY accommodating. Thank you to everyone who works there for a wonderful weekend!!

Me and the girlfriend went there to spend the night and in the middle of the night I started itching badly and boom when turning on the lights we found bedbugs/fleas all over the bed. Definitely wouldn't stay here!!!!

Great spot for fun,...Satan's Kingdom tubing..FoodTown Market..THe Dance Studio...THe Fudge Shop..Bamboo Chinese Take-out...The acclaimed New Hartford Diner..all within 5 minutes walk in the picturesque Farmington River Valley...Conscientious Staff and reasonable pricing

Went there for a night away with my boyfriend and were very disappointed. Paid 65.00 for the night and walked into a room with a bed not made no towels a shower with what looked like cleaning stuff on the bottom of it, no cable and no internet as it states on the sign. We had been there before and we had all those amenities but this time we didn't. Won't be returning there again.

Spartan accommodations but satisfactory..beautiful location overlooking Satan's Kingdom river  rafting down the Farmington river...FUN!!! Super Food Town Market Plaza has everything you could need in a pinch:The acclaimed New Hartford diner,The Bamboo takeout ,Chinese,The New Hartford Dance studio,The Fudge and Candy Shop and Eclectic Tattoo Parlor....all within 5 minute walk from the motelThe motel has doubles,queens,and singles and staff is conscientious and respectfull...Great prices,,Great location,and Perfect amenities
