I try to avoid this hardware store at all costs. The person who is usually at the counter is probably the most unpleasant retail person I've ever come across. He clearly conveys annoyance when you ask for something. Ask for a certain type of screw and he will grill you with questions in a very annoyed and unfriendly tone, and if you don't answer quickly enough he doubles down on the annoyance. Every time I go in there I feel like I am intruding and bothering them. They do absolutely nothing to warrant my business, so I only go in when I need something quickly. It's so easy to be friendly and respectful toward one's clients, but not for these guys. Don't come here if you want to feel welcome.
