Kristen was absolutely amazing through the sale of our home. I felt completely supported and trusted her knowledge of the market to help us when we were faced with a bidding war. From pricing our home, to the recommendation of how to stage the interior, all the way through the negotiations, Kristen walk us through and explained everything so thoroughly I never felt concern. Ive gained so much knowledge from her responses and professionalism I highly recommend her to anyone. When I would stress a little Kristen never pressured or promised, she skillfully told us all possible scenarios so we wouldnt be caught off guard. I look forward to going through the process of purchasing a new home with Kristen and her amazing crew. I know my family is in good hands and I cant speak more highly of our experience with her!

We had the BEST experience buying our first house because of Kristen! She was extremely thorough throughout the entire process and helped us to feel comfortable each step of the way. Since it was our first time buying a house, there was a huge learning curve and she was always so aware, attentive, and understanding. Finding the right house can take some time, but it was never disheartening or tiresome because Kristen is so knowledgable AND just so fun to be around. We're so happy to have found our house, the only downside is, now we don't get to hang out with Kristen every week!!
