        This has been a nightmare. I filed with JH for the first time ever on 1/31 I was told all the proper paperwork was filed out including 1095 for withdrawal of 401k. I called the office 1 week later to get an update & was told Tom. Mgr will call me back this went on for 2 1/2 weeks either he wasnt in. Call back or system was down 2/27 Tom filed the correct form and sent addendum to IRS told me 6-8weeeks. IRS site states 16weeks wait. Today 3/14 1:44pm I called wondering about my state taxes. Only to be told by Tom to check State site when I told him I have been he ask for my social & apologized because my State Taxes were NEVER DONE! He told me he will call me in 1hr its 3:27pm no call at all. I dont have to JH webiste it doesnt let me log in or Serve American Express site doesnt let me get information either. I was charged $455.00 for processing my Taxes only because I needed the forms done correctly due to Pandemic Withdrawal. I will like a refund on my fee. You advertise No mistakes! & satisfaction guarantee! This has only been a nightmare only to wait longer due to Jackson Hewitt error..
