Well, I wish I could say that purchasing items through Stage 3 was a good experience. I will tell the details of my experience so far and let you decide for yourself.
Last November I ordered a 2022 F250 lariat Super duty. My ride at the time was a 2013 Ram 1500. To say I was excited about the new truck would be an understatement. I knew it was going to be a while before I received it but I went ahead and preordered a list of items for it including rims and tires, Retrax Pro tonneau cover, Yakima HD bed rack etc The one thing I really needed was a leveling kit. I decided on a Ready lift coil spring leveling kit with the track arm bracket. I placed this order on Aug 3 through stage 3 because their site stated it would ship directly from Ready lift in 2-3 weeks.
Fast forward to the 16th and I sent an email asking if it had shipped since I have heard nothing. I get an email back that they had spoken to the manufacturer and they stated that it would ship on the 26th. Much longer than the 10 to 15 days it stated. I know manufacturers have issues. But the communication would not have happened if I had not emailed them. I am disappointed and must push out my plans again.
I arrived home last Sunday evening (21st) and find a large 6-7 foot long box in front of my garage. It has been beat to hell and both ends are torn open. Still has the plastic strapping though. On it I can see it was shipped from Larado , TX and that it is a set of Go Rhino Dominator II running boards for a 2015 F150 Crew Cab. I have never owned one and did not order these. They just showed up out of nowhere.
Today I sent another email asking about my leveling kit and get a replay that my order shows delivered on the 21st. So it appears that Stage 3 screwed up the order and sent the wrong order to the wrong manufacturer with my name and an incorrect address. (they had a town about 10 miles away.
I called customer service and they said they would place my order again. I told them I needed to know when the leveling kit would ship. I was told that he would have to speak to his boss but that they would call me back. NO CALL BACK.
From the service I have received so far, I would not purchase a valve cap from them.

Very professional. I highly recommend Stage 3 Motorsports to any one with an issue with their car! The guys were professional, the prices were great. I'll definately be back with any issue I have and suggest you check them out too!
