        Raised the rent even though weve been here less than 6 months, the old base rate was $47. This is about a $50 increase monthly (over $500 more a year) in less than 6 months for one of the smaller units. I guess they can raise the rent anytime but I cant even imagine how much higher itll raise if it already rose over $50/month.. Market value or whatever excuse they use doesnt mean its right to do, it should be customer loyalty over money but I remembered we live in a money hungry world and big corporations could not care less about its patrons.

        I reserved my storage unit online and when I went to get my code, Elizabeth was a great help! She told me the dos and don'ts that's not listed on the website, and showed me how to get in and out and even went as far as waiting so I can make sure the code worked. She was a great. I hope everyone gets to experience her service.
