Pleasant staff, no waiting period. On time for appointment made. Doctor explained everything very detailed. Also provided diagram of my issue. I decided not to opt for procedure due to recovery time. 3 weeks in which would be to long to not work , since I own my own business.plus it is possible, not likely that the ganglion cyst may go away on its own with less use 40% chance

Did not prescribe after surgery physical therapy or recommend any exercises after carpal tunnel surgery. Did not talk about scar tissue massage benefits or any movements of hand or wrist.

First time patient. Dr Nelson was recommended to me by a family member. I was impressed with the detailed explanation of my situation and appreciated the expediency of how guickly everything was put into motion from first phone call to an in-office visit 45 minutes later. Surgery scheduled before I left office. Entire staff is great. My anxiety level decreased and I'm sure I'm in great hands.

I had a bump on the pad of my right index finger and of course I self-diagnosed, and of course I was wrong. It took Dr. Nelson about 30 seconds to diagnose the situation as a cyst and offer two options: Shot or do nothing. I took the shot and he got rid of the cyst, and it's now a week later and I no longer wake up with pain in my right hand. The whole visit took like 25 minutes. He's great. A friend had recommended him after a surgery he had, and I'm glad he did.
