I had a pretty bad experience with the service. I was served by an average Machua Assistant Manager, I ordered 3 pieces of meat, two hips, a thigh. When she charged me, she told me that they did not have chicken and that I had to wait around 30 minutes. For the chicken. I tell him to give me the money back and with a bad attitude he gives me a refund, when I turn my back he makes some out of place comments, he didn't argue with me again because you don't fight with ignorant people and much less with that kind of people who in Instead of providing good customer service, they will only damage the work environment.

Much smaller location than the other one in New Britain, food is great as always but the staff seem to be rather rude and wait time was around 25 minutes. I like the one downtown much better. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.

Food was great, the service was deplorable. The gentleman handling the counter aside from being almost unintelligible told us our order wasny ready quite yet and had us waiting 15-20 minutes before, we realized there was an issue with the online order not having gone through properly. Had he actually check his orders he could have alerted us and saved us about an hour of time. I recommend completely skipping this location.

Asked multiple times if I could get a frozen limonade with my meal. They told me yes. Gave me a glass to go to the fountain. Told again, i wanted a frozen lemonade. Told me ok, came back with a chilled lemonade. I don't know how to be clearer....
