I called to ask for an estimate and even though they were very busy they accommodated me right away and didn't charge me for it. He quoted me for 2 brake lines and was honest about letting me know that it was going to be more than he normally charges because it was a hard spot to get to. During the process of fixing the lines he found a 3rd one that needed to be fixed. They fixed it and honored the original price he had quoted me. When I picked up my car I saw what I thought was a leak from the brake lines. They checked my car twice to make sure that it wasn't anything they did. It turned out I was mistaken and something else was leaking. They put the car up on the lift and showed us exactly what was going on to make sure we knew that what they were supposed to fix they fixed well. My mind was at ease after that and I truly appreciated how they went the extra mile. There was true concern on their part and the best part is, they were never rude or annoyed. I left feeling very good about my experience with this place. Definitely recommend it.

I went to a local oil change place who told me they could do my brakes for 170.00 which seemed to good to be true. Once there they couldn't do it after all but, one of the mechanics told me about the Newington menieke shop. I called Roy and he graciously accommodated me even though it was after 2:30 pm. It did turn out to be much more expensive than I anticipated but closer to what I thought. Overall the service and customer service was top notch!! It's a little far from where I live but worth it! Roy truly makes the shop!! The mechanics are awesome as well.
