        My sister flew in from Colorado with her 2 children and her room was given away. She was told she would have to wait 8 hours for someone to check out at 11a. This was unacceptable and unprofessional. Her children are young and one is disabled. She eventually had to find a hotel last minute so that her and her children could at least have somewhere to sleep. Unfortunately she could not stay with us due to our dogs.

        Very nice staff. We checked in on Sunday evening and checked out Monday morning. They have a hot breakfast included with your room which is great. There is a coffee / tea station in the lobby, with a microwave as well. The breakfast room is off the lobby, nice sunny room and they turned off the tv upon request (thank you!!) Make your own waffles, have some yogurt or bagels with cream cheese or peanut butter, juice available, eggs with cheese and home fries, sausage Lacking some fresh fruit but otherwise a great hot breakfast! Our rooms were very nice and clean, but neither of our telephones worked- no dial tone. Not a huge deal at the time, I forgot to mention it to them. My bath tub drain was not holding water in the tub, and when I tried fiddling with it, it came out in my hand. Weird. But very nice to have fridge in my room, and lots of pillows made my toddler so happy. Also the armchair is great for running little cars and trains up and down. Their fitness room lock was not working on room keys, so we had to ask to be let in. Its a nice room with some treadmills, a stair climber, a reclining peddle bike thing, weights, room to do floor stretching, and a mirror wall on one side. Overall, very nice, clean, quiet, would recommend. YAY FOR BREAKFAST!!!
