Most items on menu were sold out, music is way too loud, waiters were friendly

The food was okay but expensive for what it was. The resturant was super busy and there was only 2 servers. The music was super loud and I couldn't hear anyone at my table. The plates and glasses were dirty.

Me & my friend came there early at like about 11:30 when we first walked in it was freezing we figured it was because they just opened and didnt pay it more. 30 minutes in it was still freezing to the point we could hardly concentrated but we were still hungry . We looked around and liked the atmosphere. I ordered the buffalo chicken tacos which were ok but my favorite was the shrimp ones . You can pick three different type of tacos . Tuesdays they have a special on tacos which I wish I would have known . My food was hot and good . My friend got the nachos and we were highly disappointed . When I said everything was cold I mean everything the cheese was cold the chicken was cold with those big chunks . We had to cut up the chicken ourself . If you look there isnt that much cheese on there to begin with . The waitress gave us our food and left us alone for a while I had to flag her down because we were ready to go and we were the only ones in the place at that time . It just all around wasnt a good experience . We ate fast and was ready to leave because it was still freezing and couldnt take it anymore . My friend has went here before and said that its not like this and maybe because they just opened. I truly hope so because I did like the tacos .
