        Gem of a place nestled in Old Mystic down the road from the BF Clyde's. I started going to Hot on Bank New London years ago and was excited to hear that a second location was opening up. The teachers are welcoming and compassionate at both studios and there's a ton of offerings between the spaces: vinyasa, yin, restorative, heated or non-heated classes. Throughout the year there are offerings from gong bath meditations, Ayurvedic learning, and plenty of continuing education courses. Whether you've been practicing for years or are brand new to yoga, there's a lot to choose from.
