Hired Bartlett to prune two trees between my neighbors property and mine. Crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up all branches and debris before leaving, were polite and professional and I am very pleased with their customer service. Highly recommended!

I had a large tree come down and fall half in my yard and half in my neighbor's yard. We agreed to split the cost of the tree removal. I wanted to use Sav A Tree, because they had done such excellent professional work for me for the past 10 years. Since I am not in Mystic full time, I agreed to use whom my neighbor suggested Bartlett Tree Service. My neighbor made all the arrangements and I called up and spoke to Nick to clarify one concern and that the tree would be cut down to the ground level. When I returned to Mystic to see the "finished job" I was shocked to see the tree was left where it snapped 6' above the ground and branches left all over my property. I called Nick to complain about how he left the work unfinished and the mess his crew left behind. It took me hours to remove all the branches in my yard and my neighbor had to go to the dump with three loads from his property. Nick's only response was that it was probably a misunderstanding and he did not remember that he agreed the tree would be cut down to the ground. Nick went next door and my neighbor paid him in full plus an extra $375 to cut my tree down to the ground. It took an additional three weeks for them to come back and "finish" the job. The tree was not fully cut through and a mess with all the cuttings was once again left on my property. This was my worst experience with a company and I would caution anyone considering using this company. Unfortunately, I had to give one star for this to post.
