Our Dodge 3500 dually 4wd went in for recall work / and DEF system repair - they had the truck over 25 days and never ordered the part . Would not return phone calls from service dept left over the course of 3 weeks. Eventually replaced the part - but never put the skid plate back on - and there was evidence of a joy ride . Specifically- branches stuck under the windshield wipers , missing , hub covers, and mud in the wheel wells. If you need a reliable service dept Do yourself a favor and drive past this one .
