Dan Urciuoli has managed a lot of tree and shrub work for my husband and me over the last four years. The work has always been excellent and Dan is a pleasure to work with. Recently, Dan recommended that (1) four precarious towering trees in our backyard be felled; (2) that one large, tall oak tree have support cables added to it, to reduce its risk of falling on our driveway, and (3) that deadwood be cut out of several trees and general pruning also be done. The tree work was a huge success. The crews precision while cutting was impressive. And so was the amount of cooperation necessary to rope down huge branches safely to the ground. This company sent a crew to our property that was incapable to complete our project. After waiting 8 weeks, they sent another crew that again could not complete it. They invoiced us for the full amount of the quoted project and never completed it, and also had the nerve to send a past due invoice including a service charge while we still were waiting for the job to be done. We will pay them even though sub standard work was performed. We will never contract with them in the future. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

I am beside myself that this company has the nerve to send us another bill today which they claim is the final amount due for services. They quoted us to trim our trees 3-5 feet which all they did was trim the tops, the amount of time and labor to do what they did not do , l cant even calculate, but sending us a bill for another 500+ is just unbelievable... after we just paid 1800 is beyond my belief.
