Total Mortgage company in general and especially Mr. Joshua Chernes, were very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very open to negotiate and help with my mortgage. I attribute a good part of making possible the purchase of my new home to this company, and especially to Josh, who made everything go smoothly since the beginning up until the closing. They were even able to lower the interest rate even further from the initial one.With total mortgage you will only find positivity, proactiveness, readiness to help, timely responses to your concerns, and above all, no hidden surprises at closing. I would strongly recommend Total Mortgage and specifically Josh Chernes if you want piece of mind, great communication skills, and an enjoyable experience of home purchase. My refinance was a smooth transaction. The online application was easy to use and I appreciated the reminders if I forgot to submit a document that was needed. I was able to close fast! Josh was professional and spent time going over our options and ran numbers for us to help with our decision. Excellent experience, thank you!

Best place to secure a mortgage or refinance. The people who work there are the greatest to work with. I would not go anywhere else. I also refer anyone I know looking for a mortgage or refinance.
