Looking for a house in the first half of 2021 was a real adventure! We were getting frustrated with the challenge when along came Stacy Blake to save the day :-) For us, Stacy exhibited the perfect blend of knowledge and professionalism, availability and flexibility, and the patience of a saint! Through it all Stacy maintained a positive attitude and a willingness to show house after house after house. My wife and I had had been actively looking for a home in Milford near the beach for 2 years prior to us engaging with Stacy Blake of Stacy Blake Realty, LLC. We approached her to be our agent for us as she appeared to us to be the sales leader of the Milford Shoreline and even has a Luxury Waterfront Division. Given our lengthy search up until that point, and our super picky home requirements, I told her I would be her most difficult customer ever. From that day on, she was always so positive that she would find us our dream home. Shortly after starting to work with her, we gave her a list of homes that we were attracted to based on our research and she did a mailing to those homeowners to see if they would sell. During our search, we often would get frustrated that we werent finding what we were looking for, but her never ending positivity pumped us up and kept us focused on the search. Well, she delivered on her promise to find us our dream home and we are so happy! Not only are we happy to have found this dream home, and helped us get it for a great price, but we now have Stacy as our neighbor = triple win! Since we were so super satisfied with her team in our search for a new home, we decided to list our then current home in Shelton with Stacy Blake Realty as well. Her marketing and negotiation skills on our sale resulted in us selling for much over asking price! Stacy Blake Realty, LLC is a family driven organization which results in a more personalized, non-sterile corporate type treatment. Stacy is the hardest working broker/agent in the field who always has your best interests in mind and in her big heart. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods is unparalleled because she has sold so many properties in those neighborhoods over the years. In fact, I believe she has sold some of the same homes, multiple times! She somehow finds the time in a 24 hour day to give all her customers such fantastic personal service and attention.
