        For the past 10+ years, William's has never cleaned my filter (or mentioned it) when they pumped. They have the as-built, so should have known. On top of it, during the last pump-out they said the tank's water level was very high, so the drain fields were likely in need of replacement, then tried to sell me new fields. It was the clogged filter which took 10 minutes to fix. Whether they overlooked the filter or not, I've lost confidence.
