Dealing with Scott has been such a pleasure! He’s very attentive, extremely professional and is obviously very experienced. Our house had been invaded by racoons! Scott knew exactly what to do. he fixed the problem very quickly! I would recommend him to anybody highest possible recommendation! he’s trustworthy he keeps his word he’s just an all-around awesome guy we feel very lucky to have been able to work with him! I called to schedule a removal of groundhogs on my property and we agreed to a specific date and time. He never showed for the scheduled job and did not make the attempt to notify me that he would not be showing up. In addition he did not follow up to explain why he did not arrive nor to reschedule the service. Overall, I would not recommend NCS Wildlife Solutions for his services due to his lack of professionalism and lack of courtesy.
