I did not believe in miracles until my experience with So. CT Behavioral Health, but now I do ... at least of the secular variety. A year ago I Googled for local help and this provider came up. It was very easy to contact Ralph Arnone, and a five-minute phone chat led to his saying, "I have just the person for you." He put me in touch with Kelby, with whom I began to Zoom very quickly. I expressed my hopelessness of making progress after a lifetime of failed attempts, but since Kelby was so compatible I stuck with it. A couple of days ago I told Kelby I was ready to stop ... because I was a new man -- both the way I felt and the way I interacted with others. How this came about has itself been a topic of conversation between Kelby and me, and I think I understand it. I might even write a book about it! But for the sake of this brief review, let me just say that Ralph was uncanny in his ability to send me to the right person, and Kelby has got to be one-in-a-million as a therapist. He is bright, fun, easy-going, respectful, caring, accommodating, generous ... There is really no down side. Kelby is also modest enough to say that it took both of us to make this happen. Maybe so ... but I would recommend him to anybody. I actually feel bad that our sessions are ending, but I also feel (and Kelby agrees) that the "therapy" is not complete until I take full ownership for it. It's just like moving out of the house even though you might still wish your parents could take care of you forever. But Kelby is always there in case I feel the need again ... or just, as he put it, for an annual checkup, the way we do with our medical doctors. Thank you, Ralph and Kelby. This is the best place to get behavioral health. They accept pretty much every insurance and has telehealth options. I was frightened to go originally because my last psych Dr medicated me wrongly and I was having seizures and allergic reactions. Their therapists recommend you to intelligent Dr's who actually get to the bottom of things. Ralph and Robin have helped me so much. I'm so thankful.

Ralph Arnone likes to bill for visits you he never provided service on. Proceed at your own risk and carefully examine your bills. (I would give -5 stars, but Google only allows 1 as the lowest)

Ralph Arnone ia a great therapist and has changed my life in many positive ways. I will see him for the rest of my life !!!
