Rainmaker Irrigation CT

We've been using Rainmaker every single year since September 2008. Their service was always great, and they were always very responsive. Last year, the company was sold and the new owner has a landscaping business as well, which clearly takes priority over the irrigation company. We've called several times this year for repairs to be made to our system. We have had an inoperable irrigation system all year after they came out to open it up since repairs still need to be made. We became so desperate for repair, that we contacted one of their former employees to try to get some insight, to which we were told they would reach out to the new owner. The new owner FINALLY reached back out to us to ask us when we wanted our system turned on. LOL. We need repairs! Not an opening. It's a shame that after doing business with this company for over 14 years, we are now having to find a new irrigation company. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I cant say enough good things about Rainmsker Irrigation! From start to finish, this company met and exceeded my high expectations. I would highly recommend Rainmaker to anyone looking at having a system installed.

We had our sprinkler system installed last year. The price was good and the crew was professional. They took the time to walk us through the install and to answer all of our questions. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. No matter what your concern is they will address it and will get someone out there. They are good and honest which is always appreciated. We get many compliments on our lawn now. I would definitely recommend them.
