        In a word disappointing. Great experience buying it but when it came to installation we noticed defects and damage to the finished panels and doors. Now there is a delay in getting the replacement parts and trying to get our installer back on the schedule. Our plans for an Easter dinner are out the window and I am really upset with Wren Kitchens. Unbelievable.

        Terrible experience with delivery and product. First- the wrong sink base was delivered which was rectified after a long fight on the phone with a very resistant worker who did not want to send us the correct cabinet, but wanted us to go to the showroom AND BUY THE RIGHT ONE. Even though we already paid for the right one- but received the wrong one. Then we get to installing- well- we do the bottom cabinets and theyre put together LIKE A 5 year old build them. One of the doors has a huge deep scratch in it. We spoke to our designer (KEVIN WHO HAS BEEN A GOD SEND THROUGH THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE he gets a 5/5 stars) and he recommended we open all of the uppers to ensure there was no other issues. Ha. EVERY UPPER CABINET WAS THREE DIFFERENT COLORS. What in the hell. Cream doors (the right color) white tops and bottoms, snd grey sides. Not really sure how that works??? They also look as if they were dragged across the floor and are all scratched, nails connecting panels are sticking out, and dents and other markings all over the cabinets. So now its been a week and I still have no resolution, or upper cabinets. Over 10k later - and Ive never regretted a decision more than going with WREN for my kitchen.

        Dont go wren kitchens. Worst services irresponsible and careless delivery of equipments . Go to IKEA or Home Depot . Incomplete delivery of cabinets as well as fitters
