Elias Feliz: Allstate Insurance

Great insurance company they treat you like family.

I dont know if it was a lack of knowledge or straight out poor integrity, but when making it clear working with Elias on what my final monthly price would be it jumped $50 after a few months when I was told it would stay the same throughout the entire policy. Elias was very nice polite cool, but again I was given the wrong information after I repeatedly asked before the end of the call my price would continue to remain the same throughout the duration of the policy. Only for again a price change after a few months and then when trying to reach out to figure out why he would not respond to my emails or phone calls or voice messages. Eventually, I was able to speak to another representative to find out the reason for the price jump. Very disappointed with the lack of integrity or lack of knowledgewhen signing up. Hence why I would not recommend Allstate especially now that I left another company, which now is less. I should have stayed with my former insurance policy with Progressive..
