        At first was amazing, very upfront, very attentive. I even recommended to my friends and family. However, after using him for almost three years it is the complete opposite. Voice mail is always FULL, does not respond to messages, and just truly absent. Did receive a great policy when he was active though. Its like playing blackjack, give it a shot. You might just win... (or lose).
