        FYI they will not allow an open casket if the word COVID is anywhere on the death certificate. No other local businesses had the same rule and they did not warn us of this when the initial call was made. Just want others to be aware and not have to scramble like our family did last month. ** edit, their response must be in reference of a different person because none of it is accurate. This was not disclosed in the call day-of, and frankly this response was very insensitive. I would advise others steer clear.
