The owner, Mike Martone, did not finish the project. I paid nearly 55k for the addition to my house on the bottom floor, due to my MS, I needed a bedroom more accessable.
He prepaid (with my money) an electrician that wasn't licensed and the electrician took off with the equipment and the money. The foreman Mike, refuses to put anyone else on it.
I have been trying to get the last of it done since Jan this year, however, Mike Martone is not responding and when he does, he gets very nasty. I am now NOT in compliance with the City of Milford and I'm going to be stuck for the other thousands that it will take to get the work up to code.
Not a good business person, crooked, money grubber.
