Middlesex Health Urgent Care - Middletown

We received care from Middlesex Urgent Care in Middletown when our regular doctor wasn’t able to see us and it was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and efficient in getting us in to be examined in a timely manner. The PA who provided service was kind, thorough, and professional. Will definitely receive care here again when needed.

Would not step foot in this place again if it was the last medical facility on earth. Went in with an issue and was given nothing and asked by the “doctor” “well what did you think I was going to do for you?” Idk sir, maybe have some compassion for a person in genuine pain and looking for help with a flare up of my chronic condition. Can’t believe my Insurance will be forced to pay this place for doing nothing and wasting my time. Go to riverside up the road.

APRN Kirley is great! She diagnosed me correctly the first time, was very thorough, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend! :)

Took 20 minutes to check in due to the girl constantly answering phones and not taking care of me. Girl at the front was rude and obnoxious. After finally checking me in she told me it was a 3-4 hour wait before I would even be taken in the back. Absolutely ridiculous!

I am so glad we chose this urgent care for our health needs. Every single person we've dealt with was professional, kind and compassionate. It's easy to get in touch with them and they genuinely go out of their way to help even when they are busy. I highly recommend it.
