        This Top Value Storage is great on all counts. Sharmayne is friendly, efficient and always a step ahead in making sure the operation runs smoothly. She makes the entire process seamless and totally customer-friendly - something that is increasingly rare these days. This was my second year here and I plan to be back. Highly recommend!

The experience of renting a storage unit was made seamless and stress-free by their knowledgeable team. The security measures in place gave me complete peace of mind about storing my belongings there. The accessibility and convenience of their location were also major pluses.       Hi Colleen, the office manager has tried to reach out to you multiple times unsuccessfully to get a better understanding of your frustration. We took over the property about 3 years ago and expenses have gone up over that period. As a result the rental rates are higher than they were under the previous owner. That being said, your rates are currently line with the market rates for your size unit. Please reach out to us to discuss this further. Thanks!
