We had an issue with the drainage in our kitchen sink, & the Plumbing Heroes were at our house the next day after responding within minutes to our request on Thumbtack. They thought it was the garbage disposal system so they replaced it (still didnt work), sent an electric snake down (still didnt work), and they refused to give up. They were finally able to remove the blockage & get our sink properly draining again. Over the course of the 3 days the project took, we worked with the owner, his nephew & another employee all were friendly & professional. They cleaned up after their work & were super great with our nosey cats. Our only drawback was that the company rents the majority of their equipment from Home Depot so every time they needed to try a different tool (i.e, different electric snake), they would need to leave for a bit to retrieve it. If they had their own equipment, the work couldve been done quicker & probably cheaper. Overall, great guys who refuse to leave you with less-than-perfect work done. Would likely use again in a bind!

Showed up on time to quote a Moen 1222 shower valve cartridge replacement. $300 for under an hour of work. I declined the work. The owner has replied to my review and I agree with him, I am in the wrong here and would like to update my 3 star review. Upon calling other plumbers it appears they all charge similar standard pricing for this work. Inflation appears to have hit and I find myself out of touch as I do most of my own work when possible. Thank you Plumbing heroes for the response and I do believe if I had this work done and had a problem the owner would have calmly helped me solve the problem. Kudos!

I am a new home owner and I discovered a water stain on my ceiling in my kitchen. Mike helped ease my anxiety by explaining to me the problem. He was very swift in coming over the next day in remedying the leak from my toilet. Him and his apprentice were very professional and I highly recommend his service and business.
