She worked tireless to get me an amazing rate and got all the paper work done efficiently so that I could pick up my new car the next day. She truly is the best! Thank you Allison!

    I have been a member with SFCU for two decades, unfortunately, today, feels like a divorce. Yesterday, I called in tears as I dealt w/online hackers, & my account temp frozen.was trying to work the details. The first rep had 0 experience ,after a 1/2hour struggle for help I had to request higher management . Manager Amanda proceeded to interrupt 4 TIMES as I still had important details to tell. initially I said I would let her know when finished. & please to not 2nd time I repeated , 3rd I couldnt believe & 4th was begging to finish As she yelled that she knew it all and that she heard me already and was I finished yet? With a really cranky tone - seemed everything I said wasnt important. WHY the rush on a traumatized customer ? I felt that she didnt think any of it was important. it was insubordinate and out of control KICKER she rushes me through story, ONLY for her in the end to recap my words and get the all of the specifics INCORRECT!!!! After she interrupted me and claimed she Already knew everything I had said The final straw was when I was trying to get a slot to speak to her superior Robin, she responded with I dont have Robins hour by our schedule! I responded with I didnt ask for her hour to hour schedule, Amanda! That is just about the snottiest response from a corporation that I have ever received; not acceptable. Worse, even, is that she knows me by name and its not every day I have with a frozen account-with a double mortgage, payment coming in, and a zero balance! She was no stranger & knows me and treated me that way. Seems like she needs a vacation and with the jumping down my throat to speak, and It should be a PERMANENT one!. I will clear my accounts, and I believe she should be taken down from her pedestal! Amanda is the queen of atrocious customer service. DIDNT need a high school cat fight. Once I spoke w/Robin, she let me know that she had a meeting to get to, and at one point, she was literally chuckling. This was the senior vice president. I dont want to hear any response back from this review bc it would all a bunch of nonsense .This review is the first thing that I woke up to do,the following day, and trust me,Im quite busy with my financial affairs at the moment, but, that alone speaks volumes.. With criminal activity and all of these bank account issues ; last thing I want to be thinking about is Amanda -but unfortunately shes in the forefront, but its only temporary. Absolutely I dont want to hear a word they have to say back to me and this is after 20 years.I had no intention of switching banks. I had a real issue issue on my hands with a hacker. Because of my DEALINGS WITH AMANDA I am absolutely removing my funds. Her and her vicious demeanor has changed my mind in a hot minute ! In closing , Asisde from that horrible personality that I had to deal with yesterday, and along with her laughing superior, Its super unfortunate that the bank was not equipped to help me when times were down, and they truly did not have me and my peace of mind as their focus. Its like a MEAN GIRLS BANK .Not once did she apologize for interrupting me, even though I called her out on it every time . Not ounce of humility, nor taking any responsibility for some really bad actions . and in this day and age there are other excellent competitive options out there. They offer better more state of the art options, sign on bonuses And are certainly happy to have my business. Zero apology re: getting the stories wrong after those rude interruptions. &definitely ZERO Consideration for my account being frozen and hacked and everything happening 20 years loyal. I cant even imagine how they treat a newer customer with a lesser serious problem. Getting your account hacked was scary .The last thing I needed was a yelling match from Amanda I dont care about Robins HOUR BY HOUR schedule!
