Economy Painting and Restoration

Ricky Rodriguez the owner of Economy Paint and Restoration LLC. Lacks credibility and validity to his word, rips off old ladies who live alone, when he and I met to sing s painting contract , he agreed to do 3 minor repairs on my home for a separate pay. 1 )to replace one panel 18 inches wide or less across my backside, i have the panel, 2 )to apply Antiskid strips on the deck steps. ( Stick ons) 3 to seal a 4 feet portion of a very low part of the roof, and to put silicone along the side . All this I could have done my self if I wasyounger, But Iam a 65 yold lady and we reach that age we rely on others. Ricky sounded very eager to do this side work, no problem, Ican do that for you just leave the siding out.l I texted him asking him about it but he gave reason why . He had not done it. I believe him Hecame he said to do the job finally i thought; He was working on it. He led me to think this. When Iaskedhim , he said its all set I was at work and trusted him and sent him 250 by cashapp. When i got home he had mot done the work , he tooknof withmy money now i gave to hire another petson. I recently had the Economy Painting team out to my house to power wash my home, garage, and fence. It had been about 8 years since the last cleaning, and they did a fantastic job. They kept in constant contact leading up to my appointment, arrived promptly, and set to work. Great experience working with them, and I hope to have them back for future projects with my deck!

Ricky and his team were on time, had good communication and worked 9-5 to complete our job in one day (power wash two houses). Price was fair, work was good- we are happy!
