Dan was extremely professional, starting with answering and scheduling promptly and explaining at every step what he was doing. His work was very clean ( despite all the dust that he had to remove). Also worth mentioning that his price was exactly what he quoted it and was also reasonable.

Very professional and reliable service. They called a day in advance as a reminder and also called us half an hour before they arrived. They arrived punctually, and they were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had my vents cleaned and disinfected and also got my dryer vent cleaned. They even changed the filter for my air-conditioner free of charge. They did an excellent job, I'm very happy with their service. I'll be definitely using them again. Hired them to do my dryer vent cleaning. Cant remember the name of the gentleman that showed up to do the work, but he was an absolute professional. He arrived before i got home and dealt with my wife who said he was extremely friendly, respectful, and patient in explaining everything he was doing. By the time i arrived he was gone, but turned out he had run to home depot to get replacement part that we needed, which he replaced at no extra charge. Id be very comfortable having him in my house again and would recommend to anyone looking for a handyman.

In case you dont look up and see all the boxes I chose, Carrolls Handy Service LLC was responsive from the moment I submitted my Angies list request. The owner himself does all the calls and when I called asking for information he not only provided it respectfully but also pleasantly. The appointment was confirmed the day before and I received a call with a. 20 minute arrival update. Their fees were more competitive than other quotes I received but the customer service even before I ever scheduled them was what sold me. The work speaks for itself. Thursday morning we had our air ducts cleaned. They did an excellent job along with items that were not charged for. We have central air and it is so cold I needed to up the temp. We will be calling them on 2 years to have it cleaned again. Very professional. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
