Blarney Stone Pizza

I ordered wings for delivery for me and my family on a Thursday night, when I called the person on the other end he asked me how much food I was planning on ordering because there was a minimum charge on delivery orders. I told him I was ordering 24 wings which was listed as $23.00 on their website. After a delay where he talked to his manager, he told me there was now a $7 delivery charge on top of the food order. I was surprised because I have ordered from here before and there was never a mention of any other charge, and I always tip well on any delivery. Nevertheless I accepted, after which I was told it was going to be 50 min for delivery, in what amounts to a 5 min drive across town. When the wings arrived they also arrived with no bleu cheese, so I had to make a trip to the store to buy some. The food was good but the experience with ordering and delivery was rough, makes me wonder why they offer delivery at all if they cant handle it properly.
