We sold and purchased a home during covid, which added a whole new level of stress to the process. Christina was amazing at keeping our transaction as smooth as can be, navigating the challenges of buying in a hot market, along with guidance through the many offers we received on our home and explaining which offer would close with the least amount of unknown issues.  Christina was flexible, understanding and timely in responding to all of our questions.  I would highly recommend Christina to anyone looking to buy or sell!

When it came time to sell my parent's home, I turned to Mary Ann at Bannon & Hebert. I wanted a more personalized agency, and that's what I got.  The house was older and smaller and not in the most desirable location. This was definitely not a real estate agency's dream house to sell. There were not going to be any huge commissions here or droves of buyers lined up. But, to my surprise, that did not matter. My house was given the same marketing and attention a fancier home might have received. I visited Mary Ann at her office on a Thursday and an open house was set up for that Saturday! It resulted in an offer that took time to come to fruition due to the buyer's inability to get financing. In the mean time, she had several more showings and open houses. I was impressed at how much attention my parent's home received and how much effort she put in and how hard Bannon & Hebert worked to sell it. The result was several offers with the house going, for more than I expected, to the initial buyer.B&H facilitated the entire process making it easy and convenient for me. All I did was show up at the closing. If I'm ever in the market again, I'd use them again.
