        Dr. Fettinger and his staff are WONDERFUL!! They were able to squeeze my dgtr in for an emergency appointment and I was in & out quickly! Karrie & Donna were amazing! Thank you for making her experience so comfortable.

        Dr Fettinger & his staff are exceptional. They are professional, compassionate and detail oriented. I was seen as a new patient after an injury. From my first interaction when making my appointment, checking in, being seen, to checking out was so pleasant. Karrie was attentive and able to squeeze me into their very busy schedule and it was a Monday. She immediately calmed my nerves and reassured me Id be in good hands. She directed me to their website so I could do my paperwork ahead of time and I was able to email my insurance card. That made it easy and convenient for me. Although, I did have the option to do it all in person if I didnt have that accessibility. When arriving at the office I was immediately greeted by Karrie with a big smile. I was then brought right in by Donna who was also so helpful & kind. She immediately did the necessary X-ray and brought me into the exam room. Dr Fettinger then came in. I cant say enough about how attentive and professional he was. He addressed concerns and listened with positive regard. He reviewed the X-ray with me to help me understand what I was experiencing. He clearly explained everything and reassured me. He made it such a comfortable environment. I left there knowing I can trust my care is in good hands with him & this team of professionals. Im actually looking forward to my next appointment with them.

Dr. Fettinger is committed to providing each patient gentle, effective relief for all your podiatric disorders. We specialize in sports medicine, diabetic foot care, geriatric foot care and laser treatment for many podiatric problems. From the commonplace to the complex, we treat all types of foot and ankle disorders, including: Achilles tendonitis, flat feet, fungal toenails, crush injuries, chronic ankle instability, plantar fasciitis, turf toe, bunions, stress fractures, warts, athlete’s foot, ingrown toenails, arthritis, neuromas and more. With Dr. Fettinger, you’ll never feel rushed. He takes the time with each patient to fully explain the diagnosis and medical and surgical treatment options for their foot and ankle issues. He encourages patients to ask questions so they can feel comfortable and confident in their podiatric care. We have two locations to serve you in New Fairfield and Middlebury. For your convenience, we offer the following services onsite: ultrasound, x-rays, doppler ultrasound, laser therapy, custom orthotics and computerized gait scan.
