Mike helped us find a commercial space to look at it, and when we gave it the go-ahead he made the process smooth and easy (which was great because this was our first time). Before we said yes, he took it upon himself to find us a ton of other places that fit our weirdly specific criteria, but we went with the first pick anyway. He was also patient and responsive the whole time, which is an absolute necessity when looking at properties that could get snatched up by someone else in no time.
