I had two vehicles detailed the other day. I was a litte put off when my initial quoted price for both vehicles was $100 less expensive than what I was charged, but I read great reviews so I paid the higher price. My wife’s car looked great. What I was expecting. My car interior looked great but the exterior almost looked worse. I couldn’t figure it out. Then I noticed that most of the wax was left on the car. I reached out and jose came back to clean it up and he did an excellent job on the front fender. But then the rest of the car was left with the wax. I waited to review until the company was given a chance to fix it. I text him to let him know what the car still looked like. No response. I could say I unfortunately won’t be using this service again. Make sure you inspect your car well before they leave. Hands down the worse waxing I have ever seen, but it may have been the exception as my wife’s car looks great. Hopefully there is more consistency for future customers. Jose is a true gem. He came recommended by word of mouth, and he did not disappoint. We texted about my concerns and he was quick to respond. Upon arriving, he did a "once over" and explained everything he was going to do. He surpassed my expectations. He made a follow up visit because he was unhappy with the seats being a tad worn looking, and did some research to make sure he match the interior color, and fixed it at no extra charge. Jose is a professional and I would highly recommend him. You and your car are in GREAT hands.He treats your car as his own and brings new life into your car.
