XPO

Ordered a few Large Samsung appliance parts 3 weeks ago. lets just say they STILL have not been delivered. XPO has allegedly had them at this location since the 16th. They put the boxes on hold due to weather. Called in and made an appointment for this Monday- no one showed up. Called location to report no show. They blamed it on the weather (no weather issues this time). Rescheduled for today (Wednesday) it is now 7:21 at night and NO ONE SHOWED UP once again.

ZERO THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I RECOMMEND ANY SMALL BUSINESS FIND ALTERNATIVE CHANNELS THEY TRIPLE CHANGE FOR SHIPMENTS UNDER A FULL TRUCK LOAD! XPO CAME HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEN DROPPED THE BALL IN THE END ZONE! THE MANAGEMENT IS THE PROBLEM!

Excellent experience. Burgos from XPO delivered my shipment today at 3:00. Got out of the truck with a big smile, it was a difficult delivery, and he handled it professionally. Thank you

They are terrible and irresponsible company! I had over $900 retention wall material and soil delivered to the wrong house. As of today its Saturday and they will not deliver my $900 order to my house until Monday. Plus I have to wait to build my wall next weekend. It could have been done tomorrow. Oh and someone at the house has to sign saying they got my order and is not damaged. My neighborhood said that no one asked him to sign anything. So driver just dropped my stuff off and left.
