        I went in to purchase a pair of sneakers for my son. We weren't finding any he liked, and realized that they did not have a certain pair on the shelves that they used to sale. We went to the register for some assistance, finding that particular pair, and the girl did not know what they were. Her counterpart at the register with her had earphones in so was not listening. She had to tap him to get his attention and when she asked him he said "no" and put his earphones back in. Not helpful AT ALL. I went online when I got home. And low and behold, they do still sale the brand of shoe! We will not be going back to that store.
