If I could give 0 stars, I would. It is upsetting that this practice assumes what the patient's thoughts are and what we should know to the tip on how this clinic operates. My family have been a patient for over 15 years. We have had unpleasant experience before. However, assuming that it was a honest mistake, we continued with visit the practice. To the most recent experience we dealt. It is frustrating and irritating that this practice discarded my mother's lenses that were acquired without supplying it with the original lens that was purchased when a prescription was requested for the sun glasses. It is pathetic how the employee's response was you never asked for them and we just threw them away; rather than including the lenses with the purchased glasses. Now they have the audacity to ask for an additional $100 for the polarized lens that they failed to provide and discarded without our consent not owing up to their mistake. We all know that they sold the lenses and they sure didn't discarded as they say specially being Guici brand. I personally left this practice 3 years ago, however, my mom and father continued to visit the practice. Shame on us for not walking away the first time we dealt with an issue. Very unprofessional and continued mistakes.

I love the staff and Dr. C!!! I used to live 2 min away which is why I picked them at first But they are so great that even though I moved 25 min away over 10 years ago I still come to see them.

I've been going there since I was a kid. Always a pleasure. My most recent experience.. It was the day before I went on vacation & something must have gotten in my eye while I was packing. It was red, slightly shut & felt like a bruise. They managed to accommodate an appointment same-day & gave me a drop that made it heal in 2 days. Beyond grateful.
