Dr.Jackowbowski is one of the most caring and professional Doctor I have ever went to. He is a Doctor you never want to loose. Hes definitely one of the few like himself that can be found around anymore. I wish all Doctors could be like Dr.J.

Dr. Jakubowski has been my 80 year old mothers doctor for approximately 25 years. He is genuinely kind, compassionate and caring, soft spoken and patient. When we thought my mother was going to pass away from Covid in 2020 he, himself would call several times per day to personally check in on her. When things got very bad he insisted that she go to Yale, as Midstate kept saying she was ok and sending her home. His decision to send her to Yale saved her life, and for that I am personally forever grateful for his exceptional care and dedication to my mothers care. Dr. Jakubowski has always gone above and beyond for my aging mother and I trust him completely. I highly recommend Dr. Jakubowski, especially for geriatric patients with chronic conditions who need a skilled doctor to help them understand their conditions. He has greatly helped my mother with the beginning stages of dementia and I have no doubt he will continue to be by her side as her condition worsens and changes.
