All drama,shootings, cars broken Into bad loud neighbors who are sooooo nosy , if you retaliate or defend yourself, you get a letter in the mail to get kicked out.Black mold, outdated appliances. When you move in/out they paint over everything to hide whatever cracks or mold etc is under it. They glue everything and it falls apart. Bunch of hood rats . Employees are terrible, have bad management if any at all and not to mention fraudulent af. People who are your own neighbors will steal your packages . If you have an issue with one ignorant neighbor, then other ignorant neighbors who are cool with them will be nosy and gang up against you. Misery loves company.

They took my subsidy away, said my work letter was fraud, Dawn Orsini never puts your paystubs in system or updates stuff, and Fran who was the compliance office yelled the whole time and talked over me when I gave her original copies and told them they were committing fraud. I recorded them the whole thing so they retaliate by calling the cops and lying saying I was yelling . I knew the officer whom I showed the video too and I didn't get in trouble but they made false statements so I can't trespass. Well how am I suppose to hand my paper work in or pay rent then. What a joke. Embezzlement and fraud kf tenants money not to mention all the black mold that they spray right over with white spray. Now I javelin a law suit after they are trying to make me pay $1100. How can you owe carabettas back pay how can you owe them more than you even made at your job?? Impossible. Hope they all get fired for fraud.
