Have Turnkey Processing since 2017 the customer service is awesome not automated/ai. Customer service personnel always cheerful doesn't matter monday morning, friday evening and or hump day, the same professionalism, This company keep it simple, Just batch before 7pm and your money is in the bank the next day rain or shine. They ensure that the card holders shares the processing cost. The only time i called these folks is when we runs out of paper and how to change the date on our machine. That's why i said 5 star, cant find no flaw. Have never shopped for another processing company, but have many call us for our business and when i tell them turnkey's rates and the next day service they said have a nice day. Thanks karen Sebastian for rapping up my concern in a expedient manner and does it with joy and Brian Elliott i have never told you thanks for opening our eyes, you awesome dude,

After closing the merchant service over six months ago, we continue to experience ACH debits from the processing company. Despite our efforts, we have been unable to successfully cancel the ACH. Turnkey has informed us that this issue is not within their purview, stating that they merely provide the Clover Device for transaction processing, and First Data is responsible for handling the actual processing. We have not had any direct communication with First Data, as all contractual agreements and paperwork were completed through Turnkey. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved, and we are seeking assistance to address the ongoing ACH debits. Note: We contacted Aaron and we provided all the requested doc, waiting on Turnkey Office to get back to us with the remaining due balance.
