What does Carabetta do to protect domestic violence survivors who rent from them?

we potentially are trying to move there,we personally went there ourselves to see what was going on because they said hada will contact us in 2-3 weeks.the staff just needs to do a little better with communicating with prospective tenants and we also don't wanna feel like it's a discrimination issue after we gave them our personal information a month ago. but we will remain patient and assume it's a backlog due to our last names being common apparently that's what hada told the front desk lady, before she gave her a piece of notebook paper and told us to write our names and phone numbers down and she will contact us by the end of the day but never did.

Staff just needs to do way better with communication haeda isnt in any way someone to refer us too whos in charge here ? lol not good just receiving peoples information with that lobby looking the way it does stop trying to grab money throwing residents and and putting them ahead of people because you never know couldve been there to buy the building just be more vigil and conscious when handling peoples important information a simple returned phone call as promised would be nice
