The Kennedy Building

Lets talk about it, shall we?!? Lived here for MANY years due to not wanting to change my kids school again. The bldg is a disgusting mess, homeless ppl roam the halls, bed bugs infest the apts due to uncleanliness of neighboring apts. I was without furniture for years due to having to discard them over bed bug infestations. The building is literally falling apart from the inside out, hot water has cut off times. I can go on and on and on.and on! The owners live in NY and could care less about anything but money. Nancy is a complete nut job! Shes rude, obnoxious, lazy and GOD FORBID you have an issue! My very first time getting bed bugs I went to the office crying in disgust not even knowing what was eating us alive at night! She was so pist at me as if it was MY fault! They were coming from the ceiling drop tiles. I literally had to get rid of beds, sofas, hundreds of dollars worth of books, clothing. She basically told me to get out and make it easy on them to exterminate or shut up. The owners will defend her til no avail! Theyve moved in addicts who leave blood stains on the hall way walls, squat in the halls at night. Ive read some reviews about the view being SO BEAUTIFUL Give ppl the view of a couple of green trees and they think its Beverly Hills! Once youve signed on that line youve sold yourself so be weary and smart about what youre locking yourself into! Once they have your money and signature YOU ARE DONE! There are better apts out here! Trust me! Put in the work now to find a safe, clean apt or you will pay the price later! LITERALLY! You know what would improve this rat hole, a bull dozer Goodnight sleep tight dont let the bed bugs bite! Lmao!

Gets really cold in the winter the windows are terrible also leaks when it rains through the windows badly reported it to maintenance but lol they never did nothing but just look at it the lady that deals with everything in the office nancy is bi polar and a gossiper the maintenance guys are cool and friendly water pressure here is terrible but the view is great

Beware of an associate named Nancy. A good friend of mine was swindled out of 950 dollars by her. She was shown 2 units, one of them being smaller and less money which was the one she wanted, after giving the deposit for the smaller, less expensive apartment, she drew up a lease for the other one. When my friend saw the lease, and explained to Nancy that it was the wrong one, she was told the one she wanted was rented and she could not receive her deposit back. Shame on Nancy for swindling my friend, who is to kind and does not deserve this. I will be contacting the building regarding Nancy on Monday.

Lived in this building too years would not recommend moving in the that place the woman in the office as a nasty attitude don't know how to talk to people the washroom on the 3 floor where I live always dirty i remember there was a rain storm and water was coming true the windows in my room i wen to manager about it she told me to get a boket to catch the rain water the mother of my child least the apartment so i was really a Occupants she would Watch the cameras to complain to her if I have Company over it was just hell just be careful of that place
