        Working with Dustin was beyond what I expected. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and available to us throughout the whole process. What I appreciate most about working with Dustin was him fighting alongside us with all the issues we had and different things that were popping up. He was always there to assist, answering multiple phone call/texts and made things happen. With his patience and passion assisting us I can truly tell he loves what he does.

        This is the second home for which Dustin prepared the loan for us. As always he is very friendly and patient to meet all our requests and answer all the detailed question I had for him. He answered my first call while he was on vacation and started the process quickly and kept the communication line open through the process . He resolved multiple issues through the process from changing the loan type to extend the deadline few times to finally convincing the loan broker to not charge us for extending the rate lock deadline. And he did all these without losing his temper or even a slightest change in his attitude. It was great working with him and looking forward to work with him again in future.
