I've been very impressed with First Line Dental! The front desk staff are awesome and can always accommodate my scheduling needs. I just started Invisalign with their office after getting a handful of quotes from other offices and their pricing was the most competitive (and included free whitening at the end). The initial consultation was pretty cool too; they were the only office that showed me a 3D rendering of my teeth to compare my teeth currently to what I can expect after treatment. I plan to move my regular preventative cleanings to this office starting in the new year.

Dr. Khan is phenomenal. He is caring and sensitive while performing dental procedures. He is highly organized. Most of all he has genuine concern for his patients.

I called Feb 8 in the morning for 2 teeth I needed extracted I got an appointment at 2:30 that day. I was excited to have a quick appointment. I was told on the phone by a trainee they could put implants in the same day. There was no charge and my insurance covered everything. Well, when I got there, the story changed. There was a young lady walking around after the exam trying to get me to buy two bovine plugs for inside my mouth. I guess theyre necessary. I dont know, but it doesnt make sense. If they could do them the same day then what is the plug going to do? It take 4-6 months for the build up of bone, so $1200 later and then I was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes to extract teeth. I was in a chair for 2 1/2 hours. It would be an additional 5900 have the rest of the implants done. Anyways went home that evening very sore. I called the emergency number they said reach out if you need anything nobody called back went to bed with no pain medication hardly slept I was miserable. Friday went fair so I decided to just hang in there. I noticed these bovine plugs were coming out. I wasnt told that was normal by Saturday morning. My stitches were coming out and I was kind of gagging on one of them so I couldnt call the emergency number and I said do you know nobodys calling me back and I got a call back. It was Dr. Khan he said why dont you come in on Monday I said no I want to be seen today. This is emergency dentistry I want to be seen. OK Ill call you back in a couple of hours I ended up texting later that day, and he said I will meet you over there at a certain time. we met up I walked in the building there was another gentleman there said he was a Director of operations I dont know what hes need was for there, but OK he checked me out Dr. Khan. He seemed frustrated and stressed that he had to come in upon talking to me. He was disrespectful and rude and unprofessional calling me dude ,man and bro several times basically talking down to me, and I asked him to stop and he didnt like that. I left Saturday morning the 10th feeling frustrated, disrespected, and I would say absolutely at this point I would never return to this company.
