I can't say enough amazing things about Creative Notions. The attention to detail, personalization, creativity, and bedside manner are exactly what a bride needs. They had great ideas for the dress I hadnt even imagined, and were amazing working with my mom and even one of my bridesmaids! I highly recommend them to everyone I talk to and strongly encourage brides to skip chain store alterations and come here. Best choice made for a smooth and enjoyable wedding dress experience!

They are amazing! I was a 2020 bride who was finally getting married in 2023. I hadnt put my dress on since before Covid. I was so anxious going into my first alteration appointment. But they made me feel confident and got me laughing through all my anxiety. Appointments are personal and allow you to really walk through your dress and the way its fitting. I can not recommend them enough!

Could not recommend this place enough!! Rachel was so amazing to work with. She put so much time, care, and effort into making my dress fit my body perfectly. She always made me feel comfortable, beautiful, and confident. I knew that my dress was always in good hands and could trust them to have it ready on time. What an amazing mother/daughter team! Im not really sure where to begin. Even before I was engaged I had a dress in mind (which wasnt a gown), when that fell through I decided on dress shopping, found a dress and purchased it, however it did need a couple alterations (hem and pockets added). Well I met Rachel at a bridal expo and got her info for a bridesmaid dress I needed altered. I ended up making an appt. loving her services and falling in love with her and her work. During my bridesmaid alteration appts. we talked about my gown and what I wanted and we got to talking about a bra and how where I bought my dress wasnt willing to build me into it, she said (with all the confidence) I can! My last appt I brought my wedding dress and the REST WAS HISTORY, we also decided to customize it and add a layer of sparkle tulle and I already knew it was going to perfect and I had no doubts Id love what she did! AND I DID! She made me my dream dress (and I didnt even know I had a dream dress)! She also altered my maid of honors and my moms dress and they were so pleased with the outcome and how reasonable everything was.
